The washer machine’s drain hose experienced a leak

SERVPRO received an emergency call due to an improper installation of a drain hose. The hose was placed in the incorrect location of the washer machine, causing all the water from the washer to spill over into several areas of the house. The leak affected several areas of the upstairs and downstairs areas as well as multiple floors. Our highly trained technicians did a full scope of the house, as well as performed a moisture check. Additionally, they removed all padding affected in the upstairs area and on the vinyl flooring. In the downstairs area, they removed all of the affected baseboards laminate flooring. In completion, they removed all shoe mold.
