Commercial Water Loss in Houston, TX

This Houston church suffered a large water loss in their beautiful building. In the first picture we cut 12 inches above where the flood water had risen. About two feet needed to be removed from the entire first floor of the church. We also removed any carpet and pad that the flooding had destroyed.

The second pictures shows a tiled area. Unlike carpet that is porous and needs to be replaced tile can be dried and disinfected. The flood cut is still the same as drywall is also porous and will have to be replaced. The metal studs are also easily dried and disinfected after a flood.
