The customer’s sink overflowed
This customer’s sink overflowed causing flooding throughout the home. The vanity, hall and the entry way were affected by the water overflow. Our highly trained technicians began by removing the drywall and ceiling. Additionally, the walls that included a header were removed due to the extended period of drying time they would take. The next phase of the restoration process involved removing the hazardous ceiling. There was a possibility the ceiling could collapse due to the standing water between the floor and ceiling. The technicians also placed specialized drying equipment such as, air movers and dehumidifiers around the house to ensure the affected structure and materials were completely dry.
